full backup does not

to create a task to do full backup of a drive, the task will be completed very quickly, trying to restore this backup, no data, status and get full image capture, appears only the directories but not the files within them .

Does anyone have any idea.

Are you using Advanced Open File Option in your backups? Have you tried to recreate your backup job and also make sure it isn't INCR selected in the job instead of FULL?

Do not use Advanced Open File Option, already deleted the task and created again, I found this set to be really full.
I did a test now to copy a directory to another place and there did complete this new directory.

It seems that he is using the archive bit too full backup

Are the folders under DSFR?  If so, then you got to back them up using by selecting the Shadows Copy Component.  To restore files, expand the Shadow Copy Component.
