  • 1.  Full scan doesn't seem to work

    When I run a full scan, it completes in about 10 seconds.  Any Ideas?

    Running a scan in Safe Mode? Do you get the same result?

    Is your product set to scan all files and what exclusions do you have?

    I have found his issue in 2 instance

    1st instance the entire c drive was excluded from scanning :-) i know its funny but this was the case.
    2nd instance the SEP install was corrupt. had to un-install & re-install the client. Please find the document below.
