  • 1.  Galaxy S5 update logged me out of Touchdown

    I have Touchdown installed on my Galaxy S5 and just updated to their latest OS (Marshmallow). Since the update when I try to open the app I recieve this message "Not Logged In - You must be logged in to run this application". This message has a "Quit" button at the bottom which I have to push to get out of the message, at which point Touchdown fails to open. Can anyone help me with a solution to this issue? Thanks in advance

    I guess it is not a big issue, you just try to reinstall it, hope that you can get out from this issue. I have also galaxys5. Now I am going to install this app to check this error.

    Are you using an Amazon version of Touchdown?

    Yes, this was an Amazon version, so I had to log back into my Amazon account. The problem I was having was that I didn't realize is was an Amazon app and couldn't figure out where to sign back in.
