Network Access Control

I am supporting an agency that has installed a Gateway 360R.  When they enable loadbalancing they start to drop our secure connection.  We know from past experiance that devices that do not have the ability to loadbalance by session or IP have this problem, and Symantec mentions this issue in Document ID: 2004120610281454.  The device has the latest firmware, are there any current solutions to this issue?

What Symantec product are you referring to? The KB doc that you posted is not a valid number, please repost.

The link you included is the document I was refering to, Document ID: 2004120610281454.  The problem is the agent has the most current firmware which is version 2.1.0 build 622 and this KB refers to installing build 1252 which is older, I am not even sure what version since the document was last updated on 1/30/2007.


The document describes our problem, but there's just not a current solution posted.

You might consider opening a case with Symantec support. Please post back here if you find a fix for your issue.
