    Hey,

    I work in a large environment where most of our (installed) SEP clients check in on a regular basis.  A small percentage of these clients don't update, and I need to put together a troubleshooting guide for the desktop techs in order for them to get the job done.

    In general, what are the reasons that a SEP client might not check in and update?
