GENERIC HOST WIN 32 ERROR

WE ARE USING SYMANTEC ENDPOINT, RECENTLY WE HAVE GOT GENERIC HOST WIN 32 ERROR IN FEW MACHINES AND PROCESSES ARE HANGED. WE HAVE TO RESTART THE MACHINES NAD AFTERSOMETIME SAME PROBLEM HAS BEEN SHOWN.HOW CAN I SOLVE OUT?

E-mail messages that include
E-mail messages that include file attachments would not display file names, when the file name contains double-byte character set (DBCS) characters and the file name is longer than 42 characters.However, this problem can only be noticed when the e-mail message format is Rich Text.

May be you have attacked by some Malware.
Restart your computer and go in safe mode.
Disable System Restore
Mycomputer --> Right click ---> Properties ---> System Resotre
Turn off System Restore in all drives..
Do a Full Scan and manually delete all viruses.
Restart the system.

Are you seeing this error in the event logs [ application, system, .. ]?
Is there a pattern in the computers that are experiencing this issue [ in terms of OS, platform, or features installed]
Can you post the logs in this thread?
Did you run SEP support tool on the affected machines? [ if yes, what were the findings ]

When I am working in internet
When I am working in internet it is working fine...But when I am goint to connect through VPN it shownig generic host error..and machie is hanged..I have to restart that machine to work again..

I persume that it could be because of firewall. If NTP is enabled, please try adding an firewall rule in the manager to allow your VPN device to connect to your network.
