  • 1.  Get All AD Connection Profiles

    I have been working with the SD.ResetPassword workflow that came with our ITMS 7.1 installation and have run into a problem with the Get All AD Connection Profiles component. The workflow asks the user to log in using their Process Manager credentials and then asks to select the AD Server they wish to connect to. However, the list derived from the Get All AD Connection Profiles array is blank. Am I missing something in the setup of this component? There are no properties listed when editing the component and everything validates. Is this trying to pull data from the Process Manager or the SMC that needs to be filled in? I cannot find any kind of reference anywhere regarding this component and the "Help" is anything but. Anyone have any ideas?

    The Get All AD Connection Profiles component reads all the AD credentials registered in the credentials tool (Credentials tab of Symantec Explorer).

    Check to see if this tab is populated with some AD profiles.
