    Hi,

     

    Is there a way of hooking into the Symantec management agent so that you can get the download status of software tasks or policies.

    For instance if you have a software policy or task which requires a 10gb package to be downloaded and your agent is set to be hidden, can you hook into your hidden agent and get the download status of package using the Software Development kit ?

    Hi Paul,

    As per our understanding, there is no method or API exposed to get the download status of package.
