Endpoint Protection

Hello, I purchased SEP12 in the belief that it contains version 11 (as well as 12) of the Mac AV client. I need it for testing.

Under Admin->Client Install Package I only see the version 12 clients. Can someone tell me how to get ahold of version 11?

I don't see it in the list after entering my license key. The item Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1_RU1_Mac_Client_EN.zip doesn't contain the version 11 client.

You will need to contact support to get the SEP 11 client for Mac. Only the latest Mac client is included with  SEP 12.1 RU1.

The legacy Mac package (which can be added to the SEPM) is actually on the second disk (if you download and extract Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.1_MP1_Part2_Tools_EN -- that's the latest version), under \Tools\Mac\Legacy Mac. It appears to be SEP 11 RU7.

Just adding the corresponding article to this thread, for the benefit of any Mac users whose Internet searches land here in the future: SEP 12.1 has different OS support requirements than SEP 11.  Some older Macs can't have SEP 12.1 installed on them (but can operate with SEP 11, and be managed by a SEP 12.1 SEPM)
