This issue has been solved. See solution.

Ok, I have a machine that will not connect to the SEPM server, no matter what I try. The logs do mention a Critical error "Failed to install Teefer driver", which after doing a search on here, I should be running CleanWipe to remove left-behind garbage.  I've tried using MySupport, but getting nowhere. It asks for a Technical Case ID, Technical Contact ID or a Support number.  I'm looking at the Symantec License certificate right now and when I use the RTSM ID / Support ID, the webpage says its invalid for this account.  Otherwise, I see a Sales Order #, a Symantec Agreement #, a Customer PO number, an EndUser number, a Resell number, a Certificate number, a Customer number, a Serial Number and a Part number. Nothing about a Technical Case/Contact ID.

Seriously, what am I missing that makes using MySupport so darned difficult? All I want is to try the CleanWipe utility. Doesn't seem that it should be this difficult a process.

It may be easier just to call

It may be easier just to call in, open a case and request the tool. If they give you any trouble when asking for the tool shoot me a PM with your case number.

Cheers,
Thomas
