getting an error e00002f9 when restoring the single account for exchange

Dear All,

I have deployed the agent successfully for the exchange in Backup exec 2010. The exchange is 2010 Enterprise & backup exec has version 13.0
I have successfully taken the full backup for the exchange server, but when try to restore for the single account in that backup, the Restore job is failed with the error code " e00002f9"
when I checked the log file the description for this error is " Final error: 0xe00002f8 - can not open one or more mail messages because of unknown MAPI errors"

Please guide me, because i am stuck here.

Please make sure you the exchange management 2010 installed on the BE server.
Also check the below 5 rights on the account that you are using to restore:

1> It should be a domain admin
2> The first 5 character of the account should be unique.
3> Account should have Active mailbox
4>It should be a part of exchange organization, if not use RBAC to give it full rights for exchange
5> It should be unhidden from GAL(global access list)
