What's the exact version? When does this occur and what's impacted?

The version is 12.1.4023.4080. About twice a week we are getting this alert in email. So the impact is fairly low. Just try to resolve the issue.

Can you check the D:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\outbox\agent folder to see if any old files are in there and remove?

There a several files and folders that are more than a month old. Do you want me to delete them?

Yes, you should be able to delete the old files

Sorry for the double post. I deleted all files/folders that did not have todays date on them.
