I have completed the upgadation activity from 12.0 to 2012 in two steps, but now not able to explore my previous restoration which I backed up in 12.0.
Much worried about this :( Can anyone please suggeste me what I need to do further so that I can do restore the previous data as well ?

This error in the job status is due to the fact that the role of Circular Logging is enabled in MS Exchange.
