Getting SEP client and Altiris client to join into one

Hi everybody,
my question it this,
i know that when you buy SEP you get the Altiris connector so that you could deploy the SEP client to the end computers with Altiris.
when you use this deployment method the SEP client has one tray icon and the Altiris icon has another icon.
the question is if i could unite the two into the Altiris agent (the same like using the Vontu DLP client which is a "component" inside the Altiris Client).

It is not possible to combine
It is not possible to combine altris and sep .Because SEP is
antivirus software and altris is only a software for deploying SEP. Both are
having different functions.

It is not possible to unite the two as Altiris and SEP are 2 independent program . having there own platfrom and functionality.

The Altiriis client is
The Altiriis client is supposly very small and can be pushed to clients first (add a subnet range..etc within Altriis, to do discovery, action, install altiris agent)
You would then have to create the SEP package from your SEPM and add to altiris and then push out to cleitn/client group.
We looked at using the free altiris pice for our AV deployment, but the demo we got was'tt very clear (it seemed a bit too big and clunky. It is a powerful tool, but a whole infrastrcutre to learn ontop of all the new SEP stuff for us.
