Gettting 450 4.4.1 [internal] connection timed out

Hi Team,
We are getting the 450 4.4.1 [internal] connection timed out while sending mail to domain(bseindia.com). Today We have received many calls for this domain. We checked the given setting mentioned by you for the error on your site and settings of our are configured properly.
We just want to know when settings why the mails are stuck in queue for the domain. Due to this bseindia have also received the same mail more than ones.
Request you to help us for the same.
