    Hi...

    When trying to bring down a ghost image to a pc I am getting the following error below.  Any help would be appreciated.

    It sounds as if your GHO image has an internal or transmission error, as the log states: "Corrupt packet length in compressed image file".

    Was this a hot image (ie created while the operating system was running?) or created by booting the machine to PCDOS or WinPE?

    I also note that your version of GSS is way out of date - have you run LiveUpdate anytime recently as the current build is 11.5.1.2266.

    Are you trying to restore over the network or from locally connected storage?

    If you are booting PCDOS, does you system have a SATA hard disk, and if so, have you set the bios so that the disk is in "compatibility mode" as PCDOS has no SATA support.
