Actually, this is not the correct forum for Ghost 12. If you look at the sticky posting at the top of this forum, it will direct you to the Norton Ghost community (hosted on a different server so I cannot transfer this posting), and you should ask your question there. Please include more details than you have in this thread, as frankly there is nothing in there that would enable anyone to give you any relevant advice. Maybe you need to insert the CD disk into the CD drive to run the program?? (I'm sure you have got this far, but I hope you see what I am getting at - unless you provide a sequence of what you did and what messages you received, no-one can help you further).
This forum supports the Ghost Solution Suite product, which is a corporate rather than a retail tool, and based on different technology to Norton Ghost which you have.
