Ghost Boot Wizard won't start

ghost boot wizard won't start in windows 7, I tried live update live update and disable UAC still doing the same problem (version 11.5.1.2266). The symatec ghost console was launch normal , has no problem. Un-install and re-instal does not resolve the problem, ghost explorer on the console does not work either. Is there any microsoft patch causing this problem. It was working fine a few day ago. Please help. Thank you.

Hi,
Plain GSS 2.5.1 build 2266 has issue with the new AHCI controller, there is patch available for such issue. You need to get the patched binaries of 2269 from Symantec tech support which has addressed this issue. We have observed this problem with the 2266 binary of GBW.

You need the 2269 patch.. I would advice you to contact the support team at 1800-342-0652.
