  • 1.  Ghost Client Hanging Outlook

    Anyone have a fix for the latest version of the ghost client. Its hanging outlook 2003 after its been imaged. Basically after its been imaged, user will be working away, and after some random amount of time, not normally very long, outlook locks up. It looks as if its waiting for something. If you manage the computer (Windows 2000) and kill the Symantec Ghost Client Agent service, or kill ngtray.exe then outlook springs into action. Also if the computer is rebooted. Never happened when we was using Ghost Suite 1.1 has only started with Ghost suite 2.0 cheers
     
    Also have these error messages.

    Thanks for your report. We plan to release a live update later today, which will include a resolution for some very similar issues. If you could confirm resolution after the live update, that would be great.
