    When I use ghost console 11 to create or restore image to or from target machine. It pop up with error 19913 can not open tcp/ip and can't find dhcp server. Your know what going on? Please help I am still new about this problem.

    Hi,

    It seems that the NIC (driver) that you are using is not recognized. Can you please check in properties of your machine under Client tab what template is being selected? You should try and select manualy one of the following drivers: UNDI v2.0 or UNDI v2.0 and see if this will help.

    might also want to check if PXE boot is enabled in bios.

    Thanks so much for advice, I did try all but no luck yet. The process go to step:
    "Initializing Packet drive and IP address" then stop with error
    Abort 19913, unable to start TCP/IP
    can't find DHCP server
    possible network setup problem.

    I look at event log it fail at clone process (step)
    is this problem relative to network hub, router setting? or firewall?
