    Hey All

    we have been doing testing prior to a large scale desktop migration for a customer and have experienced big issues with the uninstall of the ghost enterprise console client on version 2.2 and 2.5.

    when we uninstall the client the XP SP2 users search functions no longer work and they cannot make any remote desktop connections. if we reinstall the ghost client it all works again.

     

    anyone else had this experience before?

     

    we just cant seem to get to the bottom of the issue.

    Hi,

    I can not reproduce your problem.  

    How did you installed the client, locally or remotely via Console? Did you run any Console task on the client machine before you remove it?  What is platform for the machine you ran Remote Desktop Connection from?
