Hi

Make sure there is no network issue acessing clients ; otherwise there should not be any problem;
Check for followings : -
Have you turned off Simple File Sharing in XP?
Can you PING the client computer by name or IP address? If not, you have a network issue.
Does the client computer show up in the Network Places? If not, you have a networking issue.
Can you get to the administrative share on the client computer from the Console by using a Run window and the command: \\CLIENT\C$ where the CLIENT is the name of the client computer. If not, you have a networking issue.
Do you have a firewall that blocks the connection? Check the document

Why dont you upgrade your Ghost console to newer one , 8.2 is pretty old version.

Yogesh Sadhu.
