Ive came across a script that Ive modified and it enables to do the following:

1) with no arguments, it retrieves the current user account name and password used by the Ghost Console to access the configuration database.
2) with one argument, it sets the password for the user account used by the Ghost Console to access the configuration database
3) with two arguments, the first being the string "dba", it will allow a password to be set for the built-in DBA user account that some existing users may have code that depends on.
In Ghost Solution Suite 1.1 and above, this user account is disabled at installation time for additional security; running this script allows it to be re-enabled.

If you would like to have the script please feel free to write me an email.

The original will probably be the one in the ReadMe.txt file on the GSS1.1 installation CD, but that's not a standalone file for various reasons (imagine all the copyright and as-is disclaimer stuff and documentation and such...). Modifying it is fine, that's what it was there for.

If you are someone who uses this kind of thing do consider leaving us a note about it; since it's probably a bit commercially sensitive what the details are, if nothing else at least some indication that you do use direct DB access would help us evaluate the impact of DB changes in the future.
