Ghost Imaging software version 11.5.1.

When attempting to do a clone of a machine. I've noticed that it seems that it can't find my external hard drive to begin the imaging process. It starts off with a error mounting the external hard drive. I then choose to mount the drive. Then When I select my image it asks me if I want to preserve the image. After this step it ends with a 1958 error message. I've done this many times, so I'm not new to Ghost. But these errors are alarming to me because I've never encountered any type of errors before when doing a clone of a machine using Ghost. Could some one please point me in the righ direction

Can you confirm that you have version 11.5.1.2266 ?

Are you imaging via a DOS or WinPE boot?  Is your external hard disk a USB disk and if so, is it USB-2 or USB-3 ?  Are you trying to run the external hard disk from a USB-2 port or a USB-3 port?

Need to know these aspects of your hardware setup to proceed any further.
