I have seen similar postings to yours here before. What medium is the image stored on?
Your image appears to have suffered some form of corruption since you last viewed it, and this could be caused by storage on a low cost USB drive (which are known to error out quite frequently).
The solution may be to try and restore the image to another drive, and hope that the content you require gets restored before the recovery process errors out.
If you have GSS 2.5, the latest version via LiveUpdate is 11.5.1.2266, so it may be prudent to ensure that you have updated your master install to the latest version and then try using the Ghost Explorer from there.
