Ghost explorer and Boot Wizard freeze

Hello,
I installed the next SGSS 2.51 on several DC's (W2003 SP2) with success, but when I try to launch Ghost Boot Wizard or Ghost explorer, these components freeze. Processes can't be stop by task manager.

I'm reading there is a 2269 build which solve this issue, but I don't know how to get this patch ? (live update don't show this 2269 build ?)

Could you help me please ?

You need to contact Customer support , it is not available from Live Update

Symantec Ghost Solution Suite build 2269 is not available through live update. Please contact Symantec tech support for instructions to download this patch.

I do you have to ring them or is there an Email to use to contact technical support for the patch i'm having the same problem.

TCh if you put blank CD's in all of your Cd drives then open up ghost explorer or boot disk wizard then it works fine. If you have opened before doing this then restart your computer and repeat the first bit.

Exact, the CD'Solution (with blank or not CD) is workinfg fine ! The 2269 patch fine too, but is only in english today.
