  • 1.  Ghost Explorer extract file problem

    Hi,

    I've a Ghost image of my notebook done on Jul 09. When I try to use Ghost Explorer to extract the file, the process completed without any error but when I take a look at the file, the file size is only 1kb while the file is shown to be about 160MB.

    When I run Ghost to do a file integrity check, it pass without any error. I use the Ghost Explorer to re-compile and extract again, same problem.

    What could be the problem? The Ghost Explorer I use is 11.5.0.2113

    Which version of ghost did you use to create the image?
    How big is the image?
    Is the source on FAT32 or NTFS filesystem?
    What sort of file are you trying to extract?

    Hi,

    I can't remember which version is use to create the image.
    The image file is split into 16 files, each about 2GB.
    The source is on NTFS filesystem
    I am trying to extract a Outlook file, .nst file format.
