Ghost Service Disappearing

    Hello,

    I am using GSS 2.0.1 fully updated and I have a weird situation.  Now this issue does not always happen on the same machines and seems random.

    The problem is that GSS will clone a machine, transfer files, and finally execute a command for us.  This command has the test machine reboot.  When the machine comes back online the Ghos Client Icon is missing and neither of the services are there.

    This person in this post is having the exact same issue and the sort of fix that Nigel offered does seem to work.  I guess my question now is why does this happen and how do we keep it from happening? https://forums.symantec.com/syment/board/message?board.id=109&message.id=6375&query.id=15370#M6375

    We are using Windows XP as our main test OS.  Any ideas?
