Yes, that is correct.
There is often confusion between the consumer and corporate releases so I thought I would post a long answer as well.
Here's the recent release history of the Ghost product:
CorporateSymantec Ghost 8.0 Corporate Edition (Ghost 8.0) - October 2003
Symantec Ghost Solution Suite 1.0 (Ghost 8.2) - November 2004
Symantec Ghost Solution Suite 1.1 (Ghost 8.3) - December 2005
Symantec Ghost Solution Suite 2.0 (Ghost 11) - December 2006
ConsumerNorton Ghost 2003 = (uses Ghost 8.0) -August 2002
Norton Ghost 9.0 (uses technologies acquired from PowerQuest) - August 2004
Norton Ghost 10.0 - (uses technologies acquired from PowerQuest) - September 2005
Norton Save & Restore (As above + file backup utilities) - February 2006
Norton Ghost 2003 used pretty much the same engine as Symantec Ghost Corporate Edition 8.0. After that, the consumer and corporate products use different engines. Obviously, this is where comparing the version numbers between the corporate edition and and consumer edition stops making any sense.
