Ghosting windows 2000 using winpe and ghost 11

We are using ghost in winpe 2.0 to capture windows 2000 to a server.

when we pull the image down to the target drive  ghost says,

"Configuring operating system to boot on destination" --at 99% progress bar

then,
Ghost.exe Application error, The unknown software exception (0x000000d) occurred in the application at location 0x0040b6c1.

The image does boot even though we get an error at 99%, but we would like to use this process in manufacturing and do not want a process with an erroring application in it to be put in place on the manufacturing floor......
