Deployment Solution

Anyone else have this problem - on win7 machines I'm imaging there is a folder left behind c:\users\GhostUser

Support helped me track problem down that deploy anywhere creates this user (so it can copy drivers down), and according to the unattend file it should be deleted (and was being deleted prior to me upgrading DS).

I'm wondering if this could be a result of me upgrading DS, but the client on the image not being newest version?  Or is it a bug I wonder?  The user doesn't exist it seems, just the folder, so that's good.

I'm disappointed to report that support closed my case on this and told me to subscribe to this article for updates.

The article reports that they can't reproduce the problem, but the support tech who was assigned the case said they did reproduce it.  I'm not really sure what the truth is, but I found it annoying they closed the case because "they didn't know how long it would take for a fix, it could be 6 months."

In my mind cases like this should stay opened for easier tracking purposes in my support portal but support didn't agree.
