The End Point Security goes on detecting the Threat　with Heuristics in \Documents and settings\All user\Application Data\Symantec\SRTSP\Quarantine, when I compiled certain program.

 

Is it a bug ?

tough call.  Since the image is so fuzzy it's hard to get a read on what is going on.  My guess is that the code you've compiled contains some form of malicious string. 

Removing from Hosted Mail Security forum.

 Do you have any other Antivirus/Antispyware on this computer which tries to scan this folder ?

It's an old thread and should not be linked with the fixes for the issue at RU5.
