I'm working as a HelpDesk Analyst ( Service Desk Analyst )

Its been almost 2 years I'm working in this field, Have been hearing quite a lot about Application Packaging, infact about Software Delivary. I would like to know more about the same. And how do I go about changing my Domain.

I am in Service Field, and I even know it co-relates to Service Delivary as well, all that I need to know is how do I go about Application Packaging.
