   Hello,

   Our old antispam software had a feature well used by our users: when an user released a quarantined message, the sender of that message was automatically added to it's "Good Senders".

   So, the user did not bother login to web-interface, copy the e-mail address of the sender, and add it to "Good Senders".

   I have searched a lot to enable this feature on Brightmail, but there's no such option, i can't find nothing on manuals too.

   Does anyone know how to achieve that ?

   Thanks,
   Carlos Oliveira

Manually it is possible for enduser

Hi Carlos,

If you have enabled end user quarantine, then the users can manually add the good sender or bad sender in SBG. kindly follow the below path for enabling good sender or bad sender.

Administration--> Groups--> Edit group--> Enduser tab.

Here in this enduser tab you need to enable good sender, so that the user can manage their allowes sender list.

Regards,
Laeek

This is what users already do

Laeek, thanks, but as i wrote, this is what users already do.

People started to ask me why they have to bother add manually a sender of an e-mail message they already released... our old antispam software adds the sender to good senders automatically on releasing a message from quarentine.

Thanks again.
