Google Earth not working through SWG boxes

Hi Guys,

I am observing a problem with Google Earth. Google Earth is not being connecting to authentication server when going through SWG appliances. No issue is observed with normal browsing.

Anyone experienced the same issue with Google Earth? What is the solution/fix?

Which mode are you using the SWG in?

not had any issues with Google Earth in inline/proxy mode

Thanks Guys...

After further analysis, it was found that some of google parent servers were getting blocked by network firewall. Now working fine... Appreciate the feedbacks.
