Did you try entering: "Cannot create a File Preservation Metadata File at path" into the search engine at the top of this forum? I got several hits - the one I read (below) does suggest a few possible solutions.

yes，I had search and read the topic，but that seem to discuss restore with parameter，in my situation，I just to run ghost，without any parameter。
