Got a weird issue here

This issue has been solved. See solution.

SEP 11.0.4 was installed and all appeared to be ok. However, the yellow shield did not come up but the green dot did.

It has not connected to the server yet for updates but I'm just curious as to what happened. Here is a screen as proof:

Never seen that before but

Never seen that before but does the client open if you go under start  all programes etc.   I would check all the setting in there if it works and see if it thinks its on the network there.   Other things I might try is getting clean wipe and removing it and reinstalling it.

This looks like a video driver issue. Try updating to the latest drivers.

Yes, it did open as normal

Yes, it did open as normal when double-clicking.

But at any rate, I think it is solved.

I simply ran a RUN:

smc -stop
smc-start

And the shield / green dot came up normal

Maybe it was just a weird quirk.....
