I am in administrating service desk 7.1 and have a question on the permissions in granting someone access to create, add, edit FAQ's, Bulletins and WIKI. I dont want to grant too much permissions for someone to create these. So far the only group I found for this was granting them access to Portal.Super.Admin under any group profile. I though by using KB editors and KB Approver would do the trick but if i dont select Portal.Super.Admin it will not show up on there login. Portal.Super.Admin has too much access. Does anyone have a group that has permissions to only allow someone to do the following above? Remember i am only trying to grant them access to view add article, add wiki, add bulletin board and add FAQ's. Thanks
