  • 1.  Greyed out user on Encryption Management Server?

    Hey guys,

    What's the meaning if a user has a greyed out name on Consumers->Users? I'd just saw one of the users on the list with grey color. It looks like this:

    it means that the key for this user is expired. You can verify it if you click on the user, and expand the "Managed Keys" in the bottom.
