Hi,

What are the New Features, Changes in group update provider (GUP) from version 11.0.5 to 12.1 RU1 MP1?

Can someone please provide the link to the documentation on this? I was unable to find any link on the latest version of GUP, all I found was documents on best practices, troubleshooting and also videos from older version (11.0.5).

yes in 12.1 Ru2 new feature is to be expected, however we  have to wait for some time.

As far the gup features in 12.1 ru1 MP1, its the same like multiple GUP, single GUP etc.

HI,

I agree pete you can just wait for 12.1 RU2 For new GUP feature

You can't upgrade direct 11.0.5 to 12.1 RU1 MP1

SEPM 11.x --->> SEPM 12.1 RU1 ----->> SEPM 12.1 RU1 MP1

 SEP Content Distribution Monitor (for GUP health-checking)

New version now available that is compatible with SEP 12.1

Thanks In Advance

The Release notes are your best source for these kinds of things. Article 163829 has a link for every version. I have never seen an article solely focussing on the GUP functionality, thus you will have to read the complete article per version to pick out the GUP improvements.
