We have recently moved from Backup Exec to Netbackup 7, since then Exchange 2007 Information Store backup completes with status 1 if GRT option is enabled. I have followed the Nebackup for Exchange Admin guide for GRT configuration requirements still it throws the following error
- Error bpbrm(pid=8796) from client imailbox: ERR - Unable to obtain image list. Confirm this client has access to images on server 'name' for client 'name'
- Error bpbrm(pid=8796) from client 'name': ERR - Refer to the 'Configuring client privileges for granular operations' section of the Exchange Administrator's Guide for more information.
Exchange runs on CCR cluster and the mailbox level backup works fine.
Can any one help me on this issue?

I have followed the same documents during configuration. The NFS services has been configured and the permission has been granted in Exchange for the backup user and the mailbox for user is functional.
Even after all these I am getting this error.
