GRT restore from b2d error 0xe000848c

Hi all,

when restoring from grt enabled exchange backup from tape working fine, after duplicating to b2d getting error 0xe000848c - unable to attach to resource, might it be the problem that the GRT folder is on same disk like the backup ?

Hi

The account you are using to do for restore please check the mailbox for it is not hidden from Global adress list if it is hidden please unhide it & then run the restore again

Please note when you unhide the hidden mailbox it takes time to replicate in AD so using OWA try to search the mailbox for the account used for doing restore and see you can search it if able to search run restore
