GRT restore from Tape
Updated: 19 Sep 2010 | 2 comments
Hi folks!
I need to restore one stupid email from several months ago.
We're on BE 12.5 rev 2213
My current setup is weekly fulls of our Exchange 2003 server, D2D. Daily incrementals. GRT is on and I can restore individual emails as long as they are still on my disks. However, every month I backup all the IMG folders to tape and delete them from my disks. Now I need to restore these IMG folders (no problem) but I cant seem to browse the information store and see the individual mailboxes and contents.
Do I need to do something extra once I put these IMG folders back to the disk?
Thanks!
Jeff
