Hi
Solution
When you do GRt resotre please ensure it will stage the whole mailbox database & not only the mailbox so after staging the mailbox database it will restore the mailbox
So you need space equal to your mailbox database & also ensure the volume were you stage it too shouldnot be compressed & should be local drive on media server it cannot be mapped or on network
If this information help you pelase mark this post as solved

the Information store is about 60GB, I have 200GB of empty space.
It is a SAN partition, so Windows should see it as a local drive.
The restore process keeping showing "staging" until it fillup the entire drive, then stopped with the error.
thanks.
Hi
Can you please make duplicate job from tape to disk & see if that works
For that please make new backup to disk folder by going to devices & then going in job setup click on left hand side new job to duplicate backup set & then select the whole mailbox database & once duplicate backup job is done you can restore that mailbox directly & see if that works
Keep posted
Thank You
