I saw you said you had problems on the trialware thread, I meant to post on that to say that if possible do keep us (and of course the other customers) posted on how this goes for you.
I don't believe we devs here in New Zealand have any direct access to the new license generation system beyond what Customer Support have but we're obviously concerned if this is a problem and if anyone else has trouble with license keys feel free to add to this thread so we can keep track of any license-related issues.
Troy, please keep working with sales and Customer Support on this for now but I'll try and open another front through our program manager and ensure that we've give the support guys all the options they need from us. I'll need to talk to some folks tomorrow about it but if you come to a point where you need to escalate this, do drop me a line and I'll take it as far as I can.
