    Hi There,

I am currently having an issue with adding new drivers to WinPE. Everytime I update it with the new drivers i recieve the following message:

"following drivers had problems installing to windows PE"

It displays a list of .INF files with the error code 0x103

I have tried looking around for this error code but cannot find anything about it.

The particular driver i am trying to add is the Intel 82567LM-3. Our hardware HP dc7900 and we are running Ghost Solution Suite 2.5.1 on Windows Server 2008 SP2

    Hope you can help

    Thanks,

    Terry

    Hi,

You can download the drivers from the below website :

    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/18718/a08/PROWin32.exe&agr=&ProductID=&DwnldId=18718&strOSs=&OSFullName=&lang=eng

Extract the exe file and check for the device id matching for your network driver in the .INF file
Add the WIN32 folder in WINPE.

Here is a document which explains you as how to add drivers in WINPE :

    http://service1.symantec.com/support/on-technology.nsf/854fa02b4f5013678825731a007d06af/7ae75ec20820a4b68825744400672493?OpenDocument

    Add the storage drivers also.

Below mentioned document will explain you as why you need Vista drivers in WINPE

    http://service1.symantec.com/support/on-technology.nsf/854fa02b4f5013678825731a007d06af/5e6480394b1bcf05882575d3007ec9aa?OpenDocument

Please try the above steps and  update us on the same.
If this fixes your issue it would be appreciated if you mark it as solved.

    Thanks
