We include the OEM version of Ghost  on the regular GSS media simply to save the complexity of having multiple SKUs (prior to GSS1.1 it was separate item called the "OEM kit"). However, it still requires that it be licensed, and there is a special license type for this - these are now called VAR licenses, and this is the kind of license you need to discuss with Enterprise sales.

Specificially, the thing you should ask for is a "Symantec Ghost Solution Suite VAR license". Because many of the contracts involving these kinds of licenses are very large and other subtleties of the VAR process, the VAR licenses are not purchasable online as regular GSS client licenses are. Anyone interested in using these tools needs to contact Enterprise Sales to arrange this and discuss the specifics of the VAR license terms.
