GSS-clients attached to server but not attaching to multi-DB-OR unicast
No i don't user mcaffee.
I've read for hours through the forums here and haven't seen a similar issue, well similar but not really.
I get the 10030 error on client side when i try to ghost no matter which way.
I have multicast enabled network.
I've tried shutting down AV and F/W is ON on the server
The clients register the server...I can see them from server and on client side i have a "managed by..." icon.
When i try to ghost it gets to the machine...loads and updates etc...gets to the point of "trying to locate session...." and it bombs out.
This only happens with a particular VLAN..all other vlans are ghosting and happy about it. We have dedicated fiber from one building to the next so there isn't a need for a FireWall between the connections.
I can only go by what my switch/router guys say in that its wide open. Any points or information is greatly apprectiated.
here is one of my logs.
PS....This worked fine ALL LAST YEAR?!?!
servers are all 2003.
