    Can you someone let me know if we need to configure GUP using just the host name / FDQN?

     

    If configured FDQN will it work?

    Either IP or FQDN will work. It's up to you.

    GUP will work with just host name or FQDN or IP as longs it resolves. If you are using a Dynamic IP I would suggest you to use Host name Instead of IP address.
