GUP NOT Updating
Hi all,
we have recently setup a brandnew SEPM 12.1RU1 and have already moved araound 1k Clients onto it. Those Clients are in various locations and we have one GUP to serve them in every location. All is working fine except one location where I cannot get the GUP to work.

What I tried already:
Setting all Clients on LiveUpdate (Internet) -> Success, all are updating
Setting all Clients on Update from SEPM directly -> Success, all are updating!
Log files attached
Thanks

And the GUP is in the correct group for which you have assigned the correct LU policy that designates it as a GUP?
Is the GUP using a proxy?
Check this thread as it has some suggestions:

SEP Knowledge Base
Endpoint SWAT
doe sthis file exists on the sharedupdates folder of GUP machine "xdelta121012001.dax"
can you access the file while browsing with asking for password?

Not sure if anyone ever found a resolution for this but I had the same problem and stumbled on this forum and actually got it resolved last night by doing the following. Unfortunately I'm not sure what piece of this process was the key though.
1. Uninstalled SEP through ADD/REMOVE Programs
2. Ran CleanWipe Utility and allowed CleanWipe to Reboot automatically
3. Logged back in with same admin account and proceeded with CleanWipe Utility to completion. Rebooted again.
4. Checked all Symantec paths and located one that still existed C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\PersistedData I manually removed this and then ran the SEP 12 install and rebooted
5. Forced Policy Update and checked SharedUpdates folder and it is now updating as it should.
Hope this helps someone because this was an extremely annoying issue for me.
